Our Roots
Talents & Treasures, Inc. is a mentoring program for ladies 16-24 that are pregnant or parenting a child 3 years old and under. Talents & Treasures, Inc. was started to support first time young mothers. Being an adolescent and young adult is scary enough, but adding a child can make one feel lost. T & T programs are beneficial for every young mother that participates through mentorship, having a support system and therefore, becoming a better mother.
OUR PROJECTS
Programming and community engagement are at the core of our strategy. We invest heavily in supporting the development of our ladies to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful.
EDUCATION & OUTREACH
Making a Difference
Our mission is to have the ladies take control of their own lives by teaching leadership skills, life skills, locating resources to ensure they finish their education, and entrepreneurship by engaging in weekly meetings and workshops.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
